@@MREMUSIC69 that can also be a 50-50 argument, there is a lot that goes into it, physically and psychologically, however this doesn't mean he should escape punishment, it just means things could in fact have reasons to why he drank, and the fact he drove would have been him not thinking right due to the alcohol in his system, alcohol is KNOWN to mess with your thinking and other things, however this doesn't excuse him, just possible reasons
