His form is pretty bad on some of the weightlifting... if they’re not careful he definitely could hurt himself or develop muscular imbalances as he grows. Seemed like some of the weights were probably a bit too heavy. Hopefully he’s not doing that daily and it was a one off to look like he’s doing heavier weights for the video. His back is completely rounded on a couple things, which is weightlifting 101 not to do.

Honestly the stunting growth thing isn't all that big a deal compared to how bad the excersize selection and form is. The excersizes he's performing don't insure longevity he will be outta the weight room due to injury before it has a chance to affect his growth. The excersizes he's doing are upright rows and behind the neck press and they have a reputation for causing shoulder impingement and rotator cuff tears.

It’s crazy. I see what the higher people in power are doing... back in my day when I was 12 going on 13 I was playing outside with friends. And hanging out. They got this kid working like a robot. He’s 13 now I believe. He needs to play outside with his friends. He’s going this hard at 13! By the time he’s 16-17 he might get tired of doing the same thing. Society is letting these kids grow up way to fast. They get taken advantage Of and when it’s time to be on their own they don’t know where to go.
