What makes them valuable and collectible? Especially Abbey Road and Hard Day's Night? Or Cream's Disraeli Gears?

They're all easy to find, you can pick up near mint Mono pressings of Disraeli Gears for as little as £50, the only valuable copies of those LP's would be acetates or test pressings, even sample copies of Beatles LP's show up regularly, the unfortunate thing about a video like this is that uneducated people will misinterpret what you're saying and they'll assume that those records are rare and anyone who might have copies of those LP's will list them on the internet as "rare", I've seen it way too many times over the last 40yrs.

@@vincentrathbone26 I found I do have a somewhat rare lp, the Rauschenberg cover for Talking Heads 'Speaking In Tongues'. I'd forgotten about it until recently. I think only 50,000 were made due to production difficulties.

@@vincentrathbone26 Yep, that one in the video is a stereo pressing. I picked first pressing of that album for $20 a couple months ago. The first UK pressing of Rubber Soul can be worth a decent amount if it is a loud cut... but that wasn't expressed in the video. Also, LZ II if it's actually a first press is a Robert Ludwig Hot pressing, which is worth a lot... but not explained in the video. Otherwise, it's a $20-30 record for a 1969 repressing.

@@shaybapple yes, certain records can be worth a lot of money but we need to remember that they have to be in EX-NM condition and that includes Rubber Soul loud cut and 1st pressings of Revolver, although neither are rare, the problem is that 99% of 60's records are in average condition which obviously lowers the value and the other major issue which is getting worse as the years go by is the number of dealers that have absolutely no idea how to grade records accurately.

I have a double-sided RL Zep 2 which makes all other versions sound muffled. There really is a difference that I didn't believe until I did a side by side comparison. ❤
