Nice tips and tricks my son is a 2nd year fabricator welder he says they do mostly stainless and other non steel pipes for medical and chemicals lots of tig work as well and automatic pipe welders. First thing I got him was his airfed esab welding helmet good to see you using one every old welder 👩‍🏭 be met regrets not having them back in the day all have lung issues. He finds all the American welding videos crazy for not using them

Here in the state of Texas majority of the prefab is done by mig welding. Not all put most of fab shops use some sort of mig welding equipment. Regardless it takes a skilled tradesmen like yourself to make it work.🧑‍🏭

I use my phone and a shade 9 welding glass

Yes mig welding pipe was not allowed, mainly due to poor penetrative effect. I had to use mma and was trained in mma. Nice to see mig taking its place. I love mig and hate mma.

Hello. He's using M24 class ISO gass (12 ± 1 % CO2 und 2 ± 0,5 % O2 in Ar). Very good gas's actually for rooting. You can go CO2 100% to . (When WPS allow that) Just need to crank up 1-1.5Volt higher. Maschine handle werry well that.

You should tack inside bottom when you tack on a flange! Just try it

True. Working just on the field all over in Europe( Baustelle Einsatz) im alowed just 1.2 mm cooper free for root and flux wire for fill and caping, with respect to wps.

@@ARCONEWELDING ... don't believe them. ;-) Just make some time free and test 1.2 mm on root to and learn everything. Maybe will work for you. Or not. Working with both Fronius and Boehler welding machines. Great equipment you have. By the way,great content man. Respect for your openess and your frankly speaking. 👍 Subscribed👍 ...and a good weld is maked of a god welder ,not by a maschine. Maschine make just a welder life a little easyer.

This guy is does not know how to fit pipe worth a crap. Lots easier ways. Almost all real welding shops have a high low switch on the gun. I woild weld it all in one position. Lol welder my eye.

@@daskiier its ok ok. I have been doing it for over thirty 5 years. Ten years at cat 10 years in the boilermakers , 12 years pipelining . and fan shops in between. So yes I do know what is doing. Its ok just ribbing this guy a little.
