We LOVE to sunscreen our faces, but as someone in their mid 40’s, I’m telling you to put it on your neck, chest & hands too. Every day. Just like your face. And go stronger with the spf than you think you need. And use actual sunscreen, not “products with sunscreen in them”. Those are crap. I’ve done the first 3, but neglected my hands. It’s starting to show. You can’t take aging back once it happens. Learn from my mistakes ladies. Sunscreen anything that sees light daily. Don’t be the old lady with a young face and old neck/chest/hands.

Remember when tanning oil was popular? I still remember my mom’s best friend slathering herself in it and laying outside in the hottest sun like a roasting chicken. No SPF. No self tanners in the ‘80s! I’m glad that has changed.

As far as the Vegamor serum I was consistently using it for an entire year…no change. I asked by hair gal regularly without her knowing I was using it and she would tell me no change…once she told me my hair looked thinner. She never tried to sell me any products either. I’m glad it works for some….sadly I’m just not one of them.

Doesn’t matter b/c she showed us in another video how-to conceal sparse hairline with hair powder, so I’m positive she’d do that to sell us the Vegamor crap so she makes a commission! **Top tip from a licensed Cosmo & Aesthi. Buy Men’s Minoxidil from Walgreens for hair-growth!!! Its much cheaper & is back by science & dermatologists for hair growth! WAY cheaper, more effective & no-one is making commission off of you. Notice how she ALWAYS mentions VegaMor first thing AND last during here videos?? So you but it! Won’t work on me Shea, you are deceitful & not properly adhering to the new KZread Sponsorships guidelines. Shame on you! Myst be nice having a Pilot husband & a private jet! Oh and din’t forget she mentioned her hubby could afford to QUIT his job because she makes SO MUCH $$$ off of ya’ll buying through her links using affiliate codes & Amazon shops. Did it back in the 80s when it first became a thing & it’s been so useful. Because I stick to the same best colours for me, everything matches in my wardrobe: shoes, bags, tops, bottoms, belts, scarves, etc. No random items that never work with anything else.

If your hands always feel rough, consider changing your hand soap, whether it is liquid or bar. Some soaps have ingredients that irritate my hands to the point they crack and bleed. Start with Dove for Sensitive Skin, and inexpensive liquid soaps. After your hands are completely dry, lightly rub the back of one hand over your lips. If your hand feels rough, it could be irritation from the soap.

You don’t actually need to add salt to your water as we all get more than enough sodium in our diet. The majority of people should consume less salt, not more

The same here! However it wasn’t a waste of time or money. Well the last paid consult wasn’t a waste. She said that there a handful of people that don’t land in one certain category. But that works to our advantage it means we have so many options. She said that whilst she couldn’t define me as one particular season she thought that anything in a jewel tone would work best for me. To which she was right. But now over 30 years later the colour wheel has been updated and there can be more than 8 categories! Each season now has two levels ie winter dark and winter light. I started to watch some videos on the colour theory’s that have more than 8 and I thought my brain was going to explode 😂😂

If you don't get a recommendation for an in-color analysis in Pittsburgh or you can't find one, please know that there are color analysts like myself and others that can do it virtually and we do not do it like the internet does. We have all the right tools to do it the exact same way as we do in person, just virtually.

A couple drops of iodine in water is good too. Most are iodine deficient. Don’t if have hyperthyroidism. But good for hypothyroidism. Or take sea kelp supplements. Woman in Asia eat a lot of sea food so they get a lot. Have very low breast cancer rate. Watch Dr. Eric Berg channel for more info.
