1 stock fish head or ear
2 fry catfish
2 handful uziza leaf or any vegetable of your choice

1 bag of frozen spinach
3 red bell pepper
8 small Tatashe
1 large onion
Scotch bonnet pepper ( to taste )

3 tables locust beans
Seasoning to taste

Cow leg as desired
Cow tripe
