Gull-wing doors?
As a former Lotus owner, I take offence at the pronunciation of the Lotus Esprit. The whole video sounds like a used car salesman.

Ditto. I very rarely hear anyone pronounce it with the 't' at the end. Colin Chapman probably turns in his grave when they do, lol.

You are correct. That's how it's pronounced. I cringed every time he said Espirit.

High school freind had a GT-500 with the same side airscoops, 429 Cobra Jet power plant and shaker hood. I've never seen one like it since. The shaker hood and side scoops (fender and c pillar) being the difference. Question, was his a modified or original?

In German the e is pronounced and the sound Porscha is correct!
