Amazing video, Nate! The book that you referred (The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck) is really amazing, it changed my perception about the World and the importance of only caring about what is important. That book should have been recommended in schools it would make a huge difference on the mindsets of many people!

wrong. there is an appropriate way to act in society. does that mean we're prisoners to what society thinks? no, it just means we're mature. obviously there is a fine line between slaving yourself to others and behaving appropriately, but do not mislead people with a quote that does not acknowledge those fine lines.

My thoughts are a bit more morbid but when I’m sick of my own sh*t, worry, fear, stress, decisions etc... I say to myself... this is my only time here, my one life, it could be over next week, next year... get yourself together, be strong, and go after what your heart truly desires. What’s the worst that can happen? You fail? You’re rejected? You don’t make the grades or money expected etc? Ok... try again, pivot, switch directions, go after something new that is meant to come easy to you. Society boxes us into these stupid mind frames and expectations that imprison our thoughts and shrink us. Enough shrinking. GO AFTER WHATEVER THE HECK YOU WANT!!

What I had to overcome myself was "Analysis Paralysis". Action is key to everything and especially in business and self development. It's good to analyze and have a plan, but don't let that process consume all your time and energy. Focus on getting started despite what other might think and your own self doubt! And Good Luck to anyone out there trying to improve themself

I agree with you 100% that fear of criticism can be devastating. Especially from those close to you. For me it started from child wood. Each time I wanted to do something I would face ridicule and criticism. But I had to develop a thick skin and forged ahead in the face of all negativity. My mentor said if you want to do something worth while in life, you meet 96% of people who criticise and try to pull you down. Hence the successful in life are in the minority. Thanks for sharing that great content Nate.🔥🙏👍😀

You've got a good attitude towards life Nate, so by the time you're my age you'll be incredibly wise! And hopefully really successful ( by the sounds of it you'll be able to make good choices that'll benefit your life in the best way possible to create your own stability and success). Just be yourself, have a moral compass, be on the right side of life by upholding your standards and choose your friends ( especially partners) wisely is the advice I'd give. It's good to be kind as long as you're not allowing others to take advantage of your kindness ( I think discernment is really important!) but being good human being is important in life especially when it comes to karma. Yeah, don't sweat the small stuff! Great video!

I like your simplicity and attitude of always learning. Only when you trust yourself/ have faith in yourself can others do the same for you. And themselves. Inspiring with a growth mindset.

Man, 300k more you'll reach your 1 million subs. Something about your video I'm really amazed. It's so simple yet people stay and listen. Sometimes it feels like an audiobook.

Your insight is just wow.. Incredible. Absolutely, I agree. Mental riset is really needed to face how cruel the world is, actually how cruel people try to judge others. Thanks Nate.

Nate should really create an ebook talking about all his wisdom and experiences. Sometimes I just turn on his videos when I'm cooking or doing other tasks so I can listen in the background. If it wasn't obvious, I love your vids lol

Thank you for sharing ! It's really useful. I wanted to strike that, and you kinda mentioned it when you said that people may ask question like "how can you build a brand in a such economic situation" or "okey, today it work but it's not sure it will survive the next economic crisis, what are you gonna do?" and stuff like that. People who actually are doing that, are trying to develop in youself "the feeling of culpability" and they use one of those 3 tools. 1- make you feel guilty (like how can you be so happy in a world where so much pain exist ?) 2 - make you loose your self-confidence (like how can you be so sure that people would like and buy you product? you should keep your regular job) and 3 - feeling of fear (did you thought about the fact that if your business doesn't work you gonna loose all your money and sleep under a bridge ?) Those questions only reflect those people fears and if we pay attention on them (what I was used to do until now) we just loose our self confidence, inner ressources and feeling of freedom and happiness. That is the biggest lesson I've learn throught the last 20 years, and the undestanding of this just came to me Today.
