No, Cybertron is supposed to be a planet -sized production facility. The Quintessons built it. The Autobots and Decepticons evolved from the production and aerial defense units of Cybertron. They became sentient and rebelled against their Quintesson masters. Eventually they fought each other for control of the planet. If this film avoids the silliness of the Michael Bay films, if it can capture the tone and appearance of the better Transformers comics of the last several years, then I would give it a chance.

Elita-1 was in TF Revenge of the Fallen (2009) (a very small role) by the way. Transformers one is not her big screen debut. Great video though!

This is essential Thor Ragnorok meet Transformers... As a fan since '84...I fks with it...I've wanted a movie on Cybertron going back before the golden age since the original cartoon...let them cater to a broader audience, hopefully we get a more dark and gritty movie like the fall of Cybertron games..

This movie is like the animated series. It should be released on demand. Not worth a theatrical release. Feels too kid like.

It is also important to point out that this movie is part one of three in a trilogy and will explain how Optimus Prime's voice transitioned into Peter Cullens' in addition to how the war came to be. So just because we don't see all the transformers in this film there are still two more that can show other locations and introduce other characters such as Barricade and his racetrack patrol squad and even the micromasters.

I’m super excited for the movie, but the animation is… It’s like live action animated it’s so weird

i not down some corney mcu humor, and optimus pretty boy face but this cause he well at this point he still mostly orion pax. I kinda guess that borrowing elments from bit of all transformers sources but look like probably borrow element from war of cybertron that primes are corrupt, or cybertonians leaders and class system, which also brought up in transformers prime. if bottom of barrel probably a slave or banished to topside, as outcasts which i imagine most ones become future decepticons are, megatron probably side with due to this and form deception ranks as a result for revenge. Still also matter of quintensons, i could swore i saw one from huge star ship or something looks like one floating with tentacles in front of prime and optimus.

I am looking forward to the Transformer One movie

This isn't anything I am interested in. I am sure that it will find an audience, most likely with children who in 20 years will consider it the pinnacle of Transformers animation and I think that if you watch it and are interested you should check it out. And if your the parent of a small child, get ready for this to be their "Transformers".
