I completely agree with all of these & practice as well. I cannot function without a To-Do list, it has helped me tremendously. Be it grocery, meal prep, cleaning the house, workout plan. Turning off notifications during work has also helped me a lot & I log out on time without extending it.

I have found that with working from home 4 days out of the week, I can keep a cleaner and better home. I clean up during my breaks which gets me away from the screen and accomplishes my tasks of vacuuming, mopping, laundry or even working out. It also means I'm not commuting which means I start making dinner as soon as I clock out. :) Then I have the evening to do whatever else I may need to do. I have become more efficient by not stressing myself out over every tiny thing. :)

I like the fact how u always say that if we guys have any idea we should share with you which shows how receptive you are to learning and don't have arrogance that u know it all. Despite being so good with your work, you like to learn or get ideas from audiences which shows how much u respect us and your work 💯

I get motivated from you and after watching your videos i get up and start organising my room...thank you so much , keep motivating us .. lot's of love......

Today I was literally fed up with household work/meal cooking. As already I got irritation/lost my energy by the small chores work, currently not able to concentrate on my office task. I found this video now and felt very nice. Surely I will try to implement it in my daily life. Thanks a lot🤩

Well said..trying to be perfect is sometimes a pressure that we put on ourselves.. taking a break from routine is really needed ..

I try to follow a tip.of relaxing in weekends since others are as well...so any prep or heavy work of washing bedsheets etc...I do Fridays or before And usually don't keep much work for sunday
