not productive at all
My favorite thing about this video is how much you smile about each and every thing you showed because it shows how passionate you are about them. It was super refreshing 😊
What I really need to be more productive Is stop being obsessed with Ali's videos 🤦♀️💜

Aren't we all!
Great video. Key thing I found with Bullet Journaling; don’t make the activity of journaling more intensive than the mental organizing it was supposed to help. See. Way to many overcomplicate their journals where they lose productivity and active recall and give up.

This whole overthinking “productivity” is what’s pointless. If anyone is using all of the stuff Ali’s suggesting here (and Notion 🤮), they’re being completely counterproductive and probably stressing themselves out that they’re “not doing it right”.

@@warrenjoseph76why so much hate man. I can agree that didn't work for you but it can work for others.
if there is one single person in this whole globe who brings much value to my life, it must be Ali. Thank you.
the pen flick at 2:56 was so smooth! i love that bro hahah
Couldn't agree more about the Sharpie/ bold point pens. It does affect our thinking process translation directly. Specially when we are trying to organize/ summarize the bigger picture.
We need bullet journal guide from Ali 😂
I love it when I sit at home after hardworking day and watching his videos cz it helps me to keep dreaming about epic future
Why was this video more cute than helpful. Don't get me wrong, it's very helpful. But Ali talking about things like sticky notes and sharpies so excitedly is adorable. 😩😩💚💚
Wanna say it simple: I always enjoy your videos and you have an impact way more than you think. Hope to see you always happy and keep going
This video takes me back to the vibe of your Cambridge flat videos, looking forward to see the new flat tour. Really appreciate your videos and the deep dive podcast is really great at every episode. Continue what you do 😊
2:58 That sharpie spin was nice 👌
I think part of your success to productivity is your positivity and genuinity. Keep it up!
Ohmygawd the sticky note hack, thankyou so much. I had stopped using sticky notes for that very annoying reason, will surely start using them again now!

Note to self: Cling film whiteboard Make Time book by Jake Knapp + John Zeratsky
08:46 Ali be like 'Paint me like one of your french girls'
4:15 Ali filming B-roll while filming A-roll is the most Ali thing ever 😂😂😂
Also with the candle it's a type of smell therapy, so essentially when your body associates a certain smell with work, when you smell the specific smell, your brain just automatically turns on.
Just watching your videos motivates me - without even implementing these things! Thanks Ali!!
Never knew I needed the tutorial of how to properly take sticky notes off, but I did. :D
Still waiting for that Bullet Journal video. :)
2:57 nice thumb around with the pen, it was super clean :D
That cling film whiteboard is genius
Love you, Ali! You inspire me to do better from all the content you create :D 💁🏽♀️🙆🏽♀️🙌🏽
Love this video, Ali. These little things make work fun.
loved the "pen flip trick" that you did @ 2:55
very nice video when I was in the university i was using plastic sheets roll on the Wall or the Door 😅😅 and really was helpful especially in Brainstorming new ideas and when i want to review my subjects
I need to make time to read the book "Make Time"
Thank you for sharing these cool affordable gadgets, Ali. I want to try Magic whiteboard to plan out my goals, create bucket list and vision board for 2023😃
Total side note: I never click on videos based on their thumbnail, I always read titles. And I logged into KZread to get some Chill LoFi tunes going while I work. But I saw this thumbnail with the Peel Tear Stick box and couldn't help myself. I clearly have no self-control, and my resistance against your thumbnail design is futile lol GJ!!
It’s so cute to see you get into scented candles.
That post-it note tip!! 🌟🙌🏽
Thank you! My habit of putting sticky note reminders on my monitor has been validated! 😂
You are one of my favorite KZreadrs of all time
Nice video Ali! Also make video about other products that help you boost your productive.. Exactly which HP music do you listen while doing your work? 😊
i love that your ideal background music is things like lord of the rings and pirates of the Caribbean 👌👌❤❤
OMG, Dr. Abdaal! The white board and A3 writing pad are game changers for me. Thanks so much. 😊
I just love his vibe 💕. PERIOD
8:52 That sitting down shot for continuity 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽
I do the sticky notes on the monitor too! I'm always looking at it so it's a great place to put reminders.
It’s a first time I see magic whiteboard, love that😍
Just started watching your vids even though it’s 4am and I should’ve been asleep 4 hours ago. But I’m hoping this is the start of saving my life.
Where is the "Study with me" playlist that you mentioned at 10:41? I couldn't find it in the description.
I'm gonna said that your voice was so calming to hear. TQ for the tips
I finally found the magic whiteboard I've been looking for!! thank you
I love this video ! It's just so relatable, I predict great success for this video haha
productivity guru! Thanks, Ali
Hey Ali, i loved this video and all the tips you gave! However, I couldn’t find the link to the study playlist you mentioned. Is there any way you could add it please?
I can't wait for your book!!
Didn't know about the magic whiteboard too cool ty!
That subtle Sharpie flick at 2:58 😅😅😅
Love your content! And the speed. I have all of these, thanks for inspiring me to use them. 😛
yess!! the bullet journal ❤️
Smart idea with the whiteboard, gonna steal that 😅
Excited to watch!
A good management helping guide video ❤
wow the magic whiteboard seems so cool haha!
Would bullet journaling be as effective on iPads? I've tried for years and I've never quite got to grips with it, and I'm wondering if that's just me being distracted or if it is actually known to be more effective with paper and pen? Great video as usual! :)
Amazing Video Ali . . . . Please include the plants in the background . . . They make your enviornment more productive . . .
That Whiteboard sheet is really good, thanks for letting me know.
You're so real. Love that!
Be safe using the foam roller try to avoid the lumbar as it can lead to more pain
This guy makes more videos about being productive than actually being productive
I love your videos. Thank you!
@Ali Abdaal - I’ve been following you since 2019 and you’ve been my KZread star. Honest feedback: somehow I like more of your tech reviews, book reviews and productivity videos than watching stuffs to buy under $20….You still remain the best for me - hence the feedback :)
An Amazon box is a great way to recycle into your own papers bin for your desk. It’s usually the right size for me, and it’s easy to use as a semi regularly emptied bin (like I have yet to empty my current one and it is over a year old.. but that’s me). They’re usually about the size of the wicker basket bin, but they are flatter instead of taller. Anyways, maybe this will help some people out.

Plus you can recycle the whole thing! The box as well as the contents.
THat sticky note hack was something i never knew i needed!!!
I always get so much value from your videos! Kudos for that! ❤🍀 A video idea for you to consider- How to decide if you’re better suited for business or employment?
How do you keep everything in your life updated? Bullet journal, Notion, many of the other apps you've mentioned on your channel?
Does anyone know the exact same In-tray Ali's using in this video? The link loads to other choices but not the same one. The price and layout is too good :)
Another thing I do is to empty out the envelopes for bills and statements and letters etc, and then recycle them as they arrive in the bin by the kitchen trash bin (removing any plastic windows from them) and recycle the extra pieces that I don’t need to keep. The rest goes into the front file (inbox) of a bin on my desk and then about once a month or so, I sort out the contents into the other folders in that bin for storage as they’re more convenient and active things than the other files in the storage space. Those get accessed once a year and then the last possible year of tax needs are removed and decluttering of the rest happens again. If any of the active files have been archived they get added to the storage area. Everything from the last few decades (medical records and other important documents) fits into a small moving box that is in a out of the way spot. I like the system so far.
So informative thank you 🙏🏾
Great post, I do use the post it note app for desktop though, so my monitor screen has post its that i can colour, type on, add links to etc make things very handy.
I digitized most of these productivity tools… I still use some of them. 😊
Happy to see that I've been doing most of this things :)
That magic white board is so cool! First time to see one. 😅

watchin the video and then lookin around me reminds me how ive those stuff around my setup unintentionally but then realising they kinda helps as to what i do lol
How do your sharpies not bleed through your A3 paper or stickies?? That is what I want to know.
Ali , you are amazing because you want to inspire others :D
Thanks for the sticky notes tip!
I would buy all of these and sit next day thinking what to be productive about 😅
great tips thank you
SUPER HELPFUL! THANKS
I can’t believe I didn’t know this about sticky notes 😱😱😱
Another awesome video! Thank you!
Bro legit ended up buying 4 of these things. Let's see if this works out. Thanks for sharing.
Sticky notes are awesome!
Hi and thanks! Are the magic whiteboards reusable/ continue to stick to the walls if you move them and continue to stick to the wall over time? I'm considering this vs. Rocketbook whiteboards which advertise as restickable, plus then your notes can easily be uploaded to Notion, etc.

I am glad that these are somewhat budget friendly, xD.
Thanks for great video. I wanna know more about how to use A3 pad :)
omg i did not know that about the sticky notes!!!!!! you are so cool
Watching these video's, while I have to start writing
Always fascinating what works for people without ADHD… the candle would just burn down my whole house because I’d run out of room doing random stuff, forgetting about the candle and never come back until I go to bed 😂

That’s why I add a timer to my phone with the name/ label of “blow out candle” or sometimes “turn off candle” as it is the same concept for my brain.
