You need to have a crypto wallet like Binance( I use this one), withdraw to you crypto wallet, from there you can deposit to your bank account. Where do you get stuck, is it on the sign-up for PayPal or when linking your bank account? Currently, You can only link to an FNB account. Checkout this latest video from Marshall Malaba channel, it's an easy to follow step by step guide on how to connect your bank account.

Try surveys that are mostly based from your country....if that doesnt work do many surveys at a time and do not say you are unemployed!! research the companies the SURVEY provider works with... then you'll answer correctly
