naughtybeast Don’t DIS Ketchup.. it holds amazing properties - and flavour! Make an awesome Italian salad dressing.. lots of red wine vinegar, lemon juice and garlic, olive oil, mustard powder, oregano - whatever you like.. ADD a bit of Ketchup - and you have an amazing sweet emulsifier! DELISH!!
