The idea is Vulcan. But our mayor won't build or re build new stadium. He promissed that it will be over 2006. Now is 2019. And it still isn't done

150,000 in that Barcelona stadium? Any stadium with a capacity over 60,000 is crazy. There are so few teams in any sport that warrant a stadium that size, and then there’s no guarantee they’ll consistently fill it

The Portsmouth one is by far my favourite also they shouldn’t move clubs to different stadiums they’ve been in they’re whole existence unless it’s unplayable in it

No one should be surprised the Liverpool Everton joint stadium was never built

Their were a coiple from the 90s. The original plans for Wembley Stadium or Blackpools original plans for Bloomfield Road that would have held 40000 and featured a retractable roof. Or Coventry City's plans for a new stadium before they built the Ricoh Arena. orginally they planned a new stadium with a retractable roof.

Look at the location. Spurs wanted to buy the Olympic Stadium, demolish it and build their own stadium there. The city of London didn‘t approve this, because it was a newly built stadium and sold it to West Ham.

Chelsea were actually planning to buy that power plant around 2012. So I guess the design wouldn't have been too far from that.

In my opinion, this list must have one stadium more - Cosmos Arena or Samara Arena in Russian 🇷🇺 city of Samara. The first project of this stadium was really amazing - I think it could be one of the most beautiful football stadiums in the world 😍 But final project, which realized IRL, is boring and not interesting 🙁 My opinion of not-realized project is 9,3/10 and of contemporary option - 5/10... 😐

JS Footballvids The plan initially was that if Spurs won the bid for the Olympic stadium then they would demolish it and re-built. That plan wasn't approved that's why West Ham won the bid for the stadium and its featured on this video.
