So all the damage I get from my coffee I can heal it with this tea:) coffee in the morning, tea in the evening! I just tried the tea recently, a friend of mine at work gave me a couple of bags of the tea and it is delicious- I did add some really raw honey.

Once the nutrients are extracted from the plant, they are in the water. Cold water can metabolize slightly differently than warm water, but that doesn't mean you aren't getting the benefits.

These days it is a lot more accessible. You may still have to go to a specialty store, but I think you can find it in some larger supermarkets.

It is one of those fringe ones that doesn't have much research on it. You can have a litttle. But it is best to err on the side of caution as we don't know exactly how it effects pregnant women.
