12.75 Minutes of Raw Enduro Action
How about a mid-winter dose of mid-summer hero dirt? This is from one of my "training rides" back in July. I love trying to push myself when it comes to these endurance decents; you know you're in reasonably good shape when you can clear lactic acid faster than it builds up on a sustained effort like this haha. Hope you enjoy this sweet summer sunset training ride!
A thank you to my sponsor!

You're the man with steep tech! Sweet vid. That leaf hitting us in the POV face made me chuckle. Didn't ruin the shot though - them shrubs have artistic flare!
Thank you Dale, these 12.75 minutes brought me joy.
Top notch video! I feel like I am having fingers cramped while watching this video.
Sick riding bro! The lush is so awesome. Nothing but dry, loose, rock slabs in SoCal. Would love to ride these trails. Keep up the sick footy!
As much as the riding on Burke was exceptional, the bonus footage of Lower Boogieman in those conditions was over the top! Well done Dale!
the leaf at the end was beautiful
we have to appreciate how beautiful the forest is
Watching that was fun AF!!! I can only imagine what living it must be like. 🤟👌
The amount of endurace you have is incredible. Keep up the good work!
Wow Dale, what an epic top to bottom run of Burke! The conditioning (and skill) required to do this is beyond my ability to grasp. Since this is my home mountain, this instantly becomes a top 10 vid for me. P.S. it was kind of that leaf to allow the peek-a-boo view!

You should give it a go! 😉
DS, you're skill progression since your Ontario vids is so impressive. Can watch you and your two fellow 'Mtbuskateers' hit tech trails all day. Shred on, Sir, Shred on!
Man that was so cool! what a crack up that leaf at the end! I often come home with shrubbery, where I clean my bike sometimes I get some plants growing! You were sooooo fast, what stunning tracks, I loved it❤❤
Excellent watching Dale !! 😎👍
Magical trail... beautiful
I need to ride these at some point. I am like 80% sure I will break my neck, but it is 100% worth the risk.
The bonus clip, lower boogieman.. I took that route for first time few weeks ago due to boogienights was closed for maintenance. I was pretty much walking my bike down and keep saying "holy sht, this is gnarly". And you just took the gnarliest line and finish with the drop lol very nice vid.

Tried some "Fatduro" (DH Fatbike, basically), and that was a blast ! Steeps, jumps, berms... If you have a bike park or trail network that grooms for those in winter I'd say its worth trying.
Loved every minute of it Awesome footage 💥💥💥
Very nice. Thank You Dale, love these types of videos. Some really amazing trails you have where you live.
Brilliant video 👏
Man, watching these vids make me regret moving from my small village in the mountains where I was working the trails.. Miss that pure forest smell, clean crisp air. That was a very nice long run, good reward for a good climb! Ps. Thanks for the hat at the end.
good stuff. love riding at this time of day.
10:29 Sounds of tires and birds. Beautiful
Love the new leaf cam Dale🤣 Sick ride🤙

Merry Christmas indeed!
Friggin awesome ride man! I love the added touch at the end. What its like to be a bush on a bike. Never had that view before. LOL. Seriously I don't know how you aren't falling over tired after a run like that.
I love the creativity at 11:30! ;-)
We need more ASMR MTB action
That last section (pre-bonus clip) was the dog’s danglies. It has everything, plus riding through ferns up to your neck is Jurassic Park level. So good. It’s not an editing synch glitch, but the timing of your jumps off those little hits and when you’d expect the landing gear to make contact noise is far longer than anticipated while watching! The camera diminishes that as well seeing the pitch of the landing appears flatter than actual. The ole helium-filled tires extended hang time again, yeah?!
very beautiful trail and superb quality of images, thank you !!
Great content as always!!! I would love a 20min + video for these days. maybe a compilation??

Might be a while until a big big video like that, given the weather outside! 🥶
The trails out there are just crazy! I can't imagine the amount of damage with the floods you had though...
@DaleStone
2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, haven't actually checked out Burke since the floods. Heard mixed reports by trail.
Looks amazingly good once again 😳🙏
Wow, those trails look really tropical, and unusually dry considering the lushness of the greenery! You're riding them so confidently, I can only guess it wasn't your first time down them. But well done regardless, those are pretty sustained technical steeps - they look quite fun!

@@DaleStone That sounds nice. We had 0° C degrees yesterday. Foggy, windy.. Sweaty/warm on the uphill, freaking cold going down :(
Incroyable qualité d'image, ça roule fort 👍
I rode a hard tail for the first time yesterday. I hated it. Still had fun, but still hated it.
Man I wish those trails looked like this right now 😢
Amazing trail!!
Looks like such a fun trail!!!. I'm actually ordering the Norco sight a3 tomorrow soon as my bank opens lol. I'll definitely be doing some upgrades prob on rear shock and rims to start with. Do you know if it is coil compatible? I'd like to put a nice coil shock on her.

You should show your whole GoPro setup! From how you mount it, to the settings, and maybe, just maybe, the post production proccese. Just a thought, do you think the video may made?

Hey if you don't take any breaks, that's good enough for me haha. That's the real challenge!
wow, I didn’t t think anyone hits that 50 degree short pallet jump to nothing on BD. I also have a theory that you can jump right over the rooty part by going off the base of the fern on the left, and then hold on for the ride down the chute and pray you make the corner rock roll/drop lol.

So looks like trail riding to me. What makes it the marketing departments type ride instead of just plain old trail riding??

I definitely would say that trail riding has an equal amount of up and down, whereas EWS is focussed on descending stages. Seems way closer a description!
