Saw Matt Smith in Maplethorpe and was astounded. Then went back and actually watched (as opposed to just background noise) all my Matt Smith as Dr Who dvds. Twice. He is an amazing actor. Superb. Although so was Chris Eccleston, but I was already a fan before he played the doctor. And Capaldi should do one man shows. He is awesome when he appears alone in a scene.

I find the removal of the music worrying. It does somehow make a few things funnier.

All of this without the music is so much funnier for some reason
