One of the best motor home I've come across

This is definitely one of the best I've seen, so far. Fantastically efficient use of space, and huge shower, toilet, and fridge/freezer. Excellent tour as always. Be well.

At last! A genuinely different and cleverly designed motorhome. Apart from the price I really like this one, especially the bedroom.

I think this has to be the perfect motorhome! Very well designed.

This we don't see every show from you where the living is in the back mostly its directly behind de drivers seat but a great idear and looks great, the bed above the drivers cabine the great solution with the stairs hidden in that closet I love those big and wide drawer in the kitchen they look great Thank you Nick again a great one

Wow, This is one of the finest motorhome I saw!! Very neatly organized, spacious and easy to manage!! My CEO always used to say, "Follow the KISS policy", which meant Keep It Simple Stupid!! This is So simple yet well designed layout!! Thank you big brother for sharing this with us...

The steps/ladder is such a brilliant idea and a lot kinder to your feet than metal rungs. A truly well engineered/designed mobile.

Very exciting loft bed design with pass through and stairs/door! Innovative as most German designs are. I really love this. It makes a separate cabin in cab section too for a teenager or dog or such. Central locking for kitchen cabinets is... GENIUS!!! Fridge is a good size and love the reflective glass and separate freezer. The bathroom enclosed area is splendid. The garage is spacious and wonderful. The only thing I would do differently is to shrink the excessively large lounge area and expand the kitchen countertop all the way down to end. Now you can have bar seating and a view, work spaces, offices, dining, kitchen prep, etc. Kitchens are too small in all vans. Lounges are too big. But of course if you have kids, a big lounge is good. I think though that for couples or singles or smaller families, the long countertop would be much more useful as an office space, with an L-shaped lounge, not U-shaped. I would also taper off the cab head space to be more aerodynamic. Everything else is brilliant.

And everybody agreed that the Emperors new clothes were fabulous !!!!!!

This is great. Love it.

Hey Nick I am very impressed with the clever design in this motorhome those pull out stairs are genius and the double use bathroom door makes this motorhome compete with the bigger ones, I hope we will see more of this design in the future have a great weekend bud

I agree. Have never seen a reverse layou. I like that when your stopped and dinning or just re!axing at the table there is a view outside. In the States the view is the driving area or a privacy curtain behind the driving compartment.

Very well layed-out considering the size, quite innovative and practical I think.

This is a great motor home. The best one yet!

I love this, it is well laid out. I particularly like the pull out steps which are nice and wide and a lot less scary than a ladder. Can it be driven on a car license? Thanks for the show around Nick.

Would expect that to be under 3.5 tonnes as it’s a fiat Ducato chassis. Not sure I’d pay 115k for a fiat though.

Pricey but what a fantastic design. Think this is the cleverest design I’ve seen and especially with the garage and underfloor storage

Possibility one of the best I’ve seen. The way it’s used space and as you say compartmentalises the areas is brilliant. Again separate shower fantastic! Great tour Nick. K

Sit groups at back is great!!

One of the best ones you’ve shown Nick, only one draw back it should’ve had a couple of more seats with belts because this is easily a four person camper!

I think that these days manufacturers are looking to “reinvent the wheel” to try and keep ahead of the game, and offer something different. An example is where, instead of going outside and turning a tap to drain the grey waste tank, you simply stay inside and press a button !! However, that said, I have to say that the slide out ladder is absolutely brilliant and I can see the idea being taken up by other designers !!!

Using "clever" to describe this rig is like saying the Titanic was a fair sized boat. Both of those statements totally underplay the uniqueness of this rig and the opulence that was Titanic. Ingenious layout and one of a kind design are two ways of putting it. Trend setting would also apply. It is so obvious this is THE optimum layout for all these Class B, or Super B or Mini C motorhomes. Absolutely nothing like it. Superb design with quality implementation. Thank you Dethleffs for building this and Nick, as always, thanks for finding the truly unique rigs.

Great bit of kit! I was very dubious about the shower until you closed the toilet door the other way! Thanks for showing us around.

Yes, I too liked the stairs getting tucked just like that in a small place and fold out like the real ones!! Loved that design... May be I would suggest this in my next consultation to the RV builder!!

This is amazing. Smart design.

I'm with you Nick, love the segmentation on this RV. Smart how they utilized the space above the driving can for a bed. And love the raised bed of the vehicle so you have spent of room for your things. Can imagine a bike rack in the garage would be useful. Thanks for putting this out today. What a brilliant RV. I honestly couldn't find anything in it I would do differently. The designers did an outstanding job.

Oven's awfully high up (mum would always need somebody putting food into and taking food out of it); but if you're just using the van in summer, you're probably not having much hot food. Also, this is a design that looks quite similar to what I'd probably design in a motorhome of this type - clever bedroom/bathroom arrangement and the back end as a big-enough U-shaped sofa. Very good.

That's a really nice layout the front beds are great for kids or adults and the centre area is ideal cups of tea laptops etc if you don't want a large bed and the fold out stairs are the best I've ever seen, I presume it's on 4.5 or 5.5 tonne chassis. Thanks nick 👍

Stairs rather than ladder up to the permanent beds makes this far more viable for the older users.

Hello Nick, great tour as always and very interesting lay-out! Ingenious steps! I cannot however grasp how the top drawer in the kitchen clears the sink area on the left(no cut-out). Magic? No, probably something I am missing:)

As always nice video. Have you ever thought about a "meet the owner" segment for motorhomes? It might be quite interesting to see which features are good , which features are not quite well to someone who uses the vehicles. Also it would be nice to see what someone might have added to the car to make it even better.

Awesome van….. and as ever, Germanic superiority 🙂 I think I saw an additional pocket door to divide the front from the main cabin, leaving the toilet door closed 🤔 I suppose my only criticism would be it can comfortably sleep 4 adults in luxurious style, but only two can travel belted, not that I would mark it down for that…… a lot of camper belted seating leaves a lot to be desired anyway. I’m not sure if you can still sit unbelted sideways in a moving vehicle as used to be the case ? Dim memories of benches in Landrovers of old….. Great tour of an outstanding van Nick 🥳🇬🇧

Nice review Nick as always. Other than my total dislike of Fiat chassis this would be a wonderful unit on a Mercedes Benz frame or Ford/GM. Fiats arrived in N/A a few years ago when they bought Chrysler but have lost their appeal due to poor quality & being unable to meet our climate conditions. They just don’t last with the riggers of North American driving unfortunately. Keep up the great job Nick.👍🇨🇦

Great layout. Only negatives are that it looks like a horsebox (can’t really be helped); and it’s Fiat which I’d never buy. If there was a Merc option then this would take over the higher end market totally.

The amount of motor homes with suicide doors now is mind blowing, if the UK market is so big why not design them with kerbside doors?

How many travel seats are there

The oven is a bit small and would be far to high up for me

As I am aware of your aquaholic channel do you prefer boats or cars/camper vans

Usually find myself shaking my head at the price, but the great design of this one not so much.

Perfect gonna save in future gonna get manual , sence automatic is lazy

I think the conversion for that seating is: 7 Brits = 4 Americans
