To make an isolation transformer; If I connect an 220v to 110v step down converter and 110v to 220v step up converter bact to back(220-110-110-220), can I have an isolation transformer to use on repairing faulty circuits and using osciloscope at non-isolated circuits safely?

you can find that yourself easily. check online resistor-divider calculators. Type in input supply voltage and provide 2 resistor values to get divided voltage result. The output is provided by the online calculator. If you provide actual values for your circuit the resistor values can be provided here in a reply. Otherwise there is not enough info to answer your question. I'm pretty sure Mr Haseeb has already done a video about resistor-divider voltage calculations.

Thank you once again great and real videos not false ones, there is a link that a person is trying to convert 10 dc supposdely to 90v and also is claiming to make it into 40000 volts in another video if you can show with calculation that there is no use of such things in the real world becuase it will consume too much current or if you can just explaine what that guy is trying to do because most of what he says is not usable in the real world. kzread.info0XD10i4RIc0
