May you find some relief for your symptoms. Can I make a suggestion? Some Himalayan salts and lavender essential oil in a bath tub quite bubbly and lovely jubbly. Oh and a candle with some 432 Hz music in the background. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and I find my bath time a real relief from pain and stress. And yes I am a man but I do love me a bubble bath.

I was trying to meditate during this like I normally would but couldn't get there, kept getting pulled out of it. Then I realized I had to let go of my efforts and embrace the frequency, and it guided me there on its own.

I went homeless seven year's, until God Almighty sent Angel's to rescue me. Then when Jesus came in my life, he sent people to fully restore my life. Now i don't keep seeing those triple 6's anymore. @@LTD-7 I'm a Christian and I keep noticing the darn beast number everywhere. Worst offender for that is the decimal form of 2/3 or 1/6 when doing maths. I don't think it's bad when you see a ton of sixes in a row, especially doing math, but your brain going like "oMG ITs tHE UnfuNNY NuMbeR" every time it sees the number six is a bit irritating tbh

@@LTD-7 my life was moving on in 2019 but back than I saw It as the end, the true destruction was what was happening to me, what I thought was a mental breakdown was actually something more, and was erasing alot of me, and I'm now spiritually blocked, trying to repair it, since then some bit of me has been missing, but I'm perfectly fine, I don't understand it

Bruh I had a headache that persisted for at least 3-4 hours. IMMEDIATELY, my headache went away.

i heard about this frequency and was very skeptical about it, i now can guarantee it does somthing to my head im not sure if i like it tho. im going to have to test this tone on people without telling them what it is or does just to see what their reaction is, because it may be caused by my prior expectations of either something or nothing happening

Thsnks for this very helpful recording. Unfortunately you tube find necessary to interrupt play obnoxious commercials and change to another video a little before halfway through then again around 3/4 the way through. This is truly unsettling when in a deep focused state. Especially since i play this pretty loud so i can actually feel the frequency and out of nowhere comes a man screaming WANNA GET RID OF BELLY FAT!!!😑very obnoxious you tube very obnoxious. Sorry im poor and cant afford anymore subscriptions besides my cloud storage and phone bill.

Is the 111Hz the same thing as "The 11th Harmonic?" Just wondering because I thought you actually needed 2 frequencies (the second being 11x the first) in order to have an 11th harmonic scenario?

I was without headphones -I was actually searching for my headphones, and I wasn't even sure whether the video was playing. But I started to feel goosebumps in my body all of a sudden. That's actually strange! I guess it really works out of placebo🙂

i cant say anything about your fridge but i do know that transformers will buzz at 60Hz or 50Hz specifically due to that being the frequency of the power grid depending on where in the world you are
