The Los Angeles cop....what a dude

The world needs more stories like this one.

A child's heart is a treasure, they are so honest. Adults we must be good role models they are watching

Not many people express their gratitude for the police or even smile at them as they pass by. But events like these make their work seem worthwhile and as the officer from Los Angeles showed as he choked up, it can mean the world to them. These cops that went out of their way for him are examples of how they are indeed human and deserve our respect and gratitude.

I wouldn't want to be the person who does anything to this young man. Cause I wouldn't want to tick off any of the police officers who appreciated what this young man did for them to show just how much he respects and appreciates them for what they do.

Are you implying that, like an 80s movie, this kid is going to be protected from bullies from random cops that don't even remember his name?

This is beautiful. Long live law and order that brings us to do right and promote peace. Thank you Officers. Please stand strong for us that need you to protect us.

Cops have a tough AND VERY NECESSARY & IMPORTANT JOB. Treat them with courtesy and respect and 99+ times out of 100 you will be just fine. Police need to be appreciated. If you act like a disrespectful idiot or a criminal: they have the right to come down on you: hard. - it's called: "learn your lesson the hard way." *GOD bless the honest cops out there doing a job "To Serve and Protect."*
