The handprint was made by the painter. He/she touched it while on a ladder to test it. The reason it only shows in certain areas is the semi gloss paint reflects slightly. The child screaming can be for tons of reasons from being ignored to make the video to being tired

Growing up , my family lived in a two story apartment and my brother and sister and their friends(all goofy teenagers) would take turns seeing just how high they could reach and one time my brother's best friend got up really REALLY high like impossibly so with the aid of his foot, he kinda ran and jumped off the wall if that makes sense? Leaving a hand and shoe print. My Mom lost her sh*t bc we couldn't reach it to clean it.

I think it hopped over the barrier just as the cars went past and the baked potato camera wasn't able to tell the difference because of the lighting. If it had been thrown out of a car moving at that speed it wouldn't have remained in place or simply got up and walked away like nothing happened. It would be seriously injured and some further distance down the road from its current position.

If you look closely you'll see that's a man in a dress, not a woman.

7 is pretty easy to explain. While the man is turning around, he doesn't fade out of existence.the scene where the guy turns around fades out into a different scene of the wreckage. You can clearly see the fade out if you look closely.

#2 is actually an East German numbers station which operated from the 1970s to the early 90s, which has been nicknamed "Gongs and Chimes" by shortwave fanatics. It's enigma ID is G03. It's theorized these were transmitting coded messages to spies in West Germany. The May 23rd broadcast is known for its operators singing a German kids song while drunk. This is the "chanting" heard in the video. This only happened once, not multiple times. If you would like more info, many recordings are here on KZread, or you can find a page on Priyom.org (under the German section) or the Numbers & Oddities website. Hope this clears up the mystery, however it opens up the mystery as to what these stations were truely used for.
