I decided Ill go to Japan first. Studied the language for many years and it was easy for me to pick up again. Poland is still a very close tie for me because of everything mentioned here. Plus, English seems to be more common there as opposed to Japan. In fact, Id argue there are more pros for Poland over Japan.

There is definitely some kind of city ordinance. If you're looking for more modern, business buildings, you have to go a bit outside the city center. Generally, however, they are relatively low so as not to disturb the rest of the architecture. But we have a few "towers", mainly at roundabouts - like K1 ("Blue") at Grzegórzeckie Roundabout, or Unity Tower ("Skeletor") at Mogilskie Roundabout. I've heard that there are plans to build a new district with skyscrapers.

In general, we in whole Poland always treated Asian people with respect because we consider them as very hard-working, peaceful and humble. And ofc we love Asian cusine.

Im in krakow once a year, 2 times i been there 3 months. Love love krakow! I live in Norway, so just a short cheap flight down, with Ryanair is like 60€ with hand luggage, and 25-30€ if just with an backpack. If u ever decide to go to Norway where we got the full 4 seasons, come to Fredrikstad Norway dude. I will be your personal guide. Also, im Vietnamese born and raised in Norway, i will make u proper Pho, Bun Bo Hue, wonton egg noodle soup, banh mi, banh xeo. I grew up with Chinese movies dubbed to viet 😂 bet we got much similar. I also search for my roots and going to Vietnam for the very first time in January 2025. I think you live mentally in 90's. No one cares whether you foreign or not. They are too many of you already. Asians are respected because there is huge Vietnamese community in Poland back in 80's. They are hard working people and we respect that.

Yes, my Taiwanese friends enjoyed visiting the Middle East far more than Eastern Europe for this reason. They were greeted with hostility, and at best with indifference away from tourist areas.

There are 3 important rules for life in Krakow: 1. Don't say you love Warsaw 2. Don't call a obwarzanek (bagel) a pretzel 3. Check the air quality

Krakow might be cool as so many places. Weather in fact is only good if you like to catch a cold outside most of the year, polish food not that awesome and generaly people are nice but cold as the weather. Couple of bad experiences with locals along with many other good ones. About saphety and beautiful women 100% agree but man...comparing almost any place in Europe with Colombia....c´mon . Understand that you are there and try to get some extra work by helping people to alocate there but labeling Krakow as a perfect place to live is a little bit pushy...and top of that you have crazy Vlad as an agressive neighbor

if you think Krakow is internacional than you haven't been to WROCLAW
