A nice overview of apartment leasing. However; these errors really bugged me.... Section 2 Title - Opposite is incorrectly spelled as Oppistie. Section 7 Title - Lose is incorrectly spelled as Loose. Section 8 Title - Peer Is incorrectly Spelled as per. Section 10 Title - Always Learn (would be better grammar)

Disassemble in frames and assemble as if nothing happens. Agencies exist for a reason and you don't get a book, with the ads you would like to have done. Publish it, without the agency knowing, about it. In a social media study, we discovered that editors, presented ads as their own and that my love is a felony. Vimeo accounts, and other platforms, fill the resume, so you know for sure, who you work with. xoxo

I wonder: do you consider property management software (specifically comprehensive PMS that market themselves as "all-inclusive) as essential for new property managers as, say, accounting software? I'm leaning toward yes-especially after seeing how powerful new platforms like DoorLoop and Innago are. Would be interested in hearing your thoughts!

I don't want to deal with a "sales person" I'm renting not buying it's a huge turn off and I would probably not lease somewhere I feel I'm being asked "canned" questions from some training course or shoppers report. It's a two way conversation and I have done better when I've been myself and not follow some "canned" approach - people don't want that and comes off insincere I don't even like the word prospect they are customers. The problem is all these "sales" courses that companies continually put LC through thinking they are beneficial and they aren't I signed up to be a consultant not a pushy sales person from a car dealership.

Eventually my main goal is to get back into real estate investment and to own rental properties...but my medium interests is working as property manager. My question is it better to be with Coldwell as seller buyer agent, or better to be in rental or lease consultant company, if trying to get a assistant property manager/property manager with no experience?
