it has to be a car that was ridden before. if you land on a parked vehicle that neither you nor any npc rode, you will take damage.

" If you mean cutscene only mission, there are: House Party (Loc's burgeria one), King in Exile, Jizzy (Doherty garage one), Verdant Meadows, Fish in a Barrel. "14. Malo01 its supposed to be a ped that the game loads when it have issues to load specific peds. Such as the taxi and train drivers which they are in the game files. So there's a mod where those peds are in the game instead of a male01 driving a train or taxi or whatever missing ped that is replaced by male01

That was just a hoax spread around like 10 years ago. The luck stat is actually implemented for gambling, it enables playing at higher paying tables in the casinos.
