I think the attention to detail part also tied in kinda with being proud of your craft. I think too many developers are just dumping code and finishing tasks without really creating work they would be proud of. There is just something nice about work being performed by someone proud of their craft. Not talking just about developers, but I mean carpenters, woodworkers, plumbers etc.

Maybe one that a highly effective developer should not have is: try to get others to do your job: asking questions in the form of needed help, when in reality you want the other dev to take all the effort to go through documentation and do the thinking for you.... No good...
I guess one of the habits of highly effective devs is to not procastinate by watching videos of highly effective devs' habits. Oh well
