for grocery list u can use magnetic sheet on fridge and just take one screen shot in ur phone and go for grocery..hope it will be useful for u

Loved this vlog. I liked ur principle n policy in life .being disciplined in life helps us more.yes we must be disciplined in doing any work holding in time management. Ur videos are amazing Also i happened to observe that in ur salad recipe u have used a citrus fruit along with dairy product which is considered virudh ahaar in ayurveda , you may explore more on that since u r trying to eat healthy I wanted to suggest this ....that we generally don't make orange milk shake or a lemon milk shake right that's the funda

Hi! I just wanted to say that having your laptop at that angle can cause severe, permanent issues in your wrists, as it isn't ergonomically correct. Your wrists should be parallel with the desk. I know this can be uncomfortable, so maybe try dropping it down in stages, until the laptop is flat. Be well xx
