The North Loop is my favorite. Awesome restaurants rooftop bars good vibes.

Good content man! I currently live in Eden Prairie MN and am looking at buying my first house soon somewhere in/near mpls! I'm 22 and am born and raised in MN and am pretty familiar with the cities as I go there a TON! Seen some homes in the Hawthorne neighborhood in my budget but am not sure if it's a good place for my first home. Any ideas about that neighborhood? I'm not planning on raising a family or anything like that in this first home and am buying and moving into it myself at first but hopefully renting out rooms to some friends of mine :). I can handle city life but still like to be able to feel comfortable in my own yard/street (part of the reason I love eden Prairie so much!)

I live in Longfellow in a duplex amongst a lot of home owners. It’s quiet and safe here, and being right next to the river is a real treat In the summer. I don’t care about having an exciting night life, I just want it to be safe and beautiful, and for that reason I’m not planning on moving anytime soon, however I am interested in buying a house somewhere similar to Longfellow or Longfellow itself

@@ToTheTwinCities im a cosmetologist and also a CNA, so finding work isnt going to be a worry, I hope, but I am single, and have been using astrocartography and this is a place that has high prospects in that department so where would be a good place for me being a single gay guy? stick to the northwest? im an outdoorsy person too.

What are your thoughts on the Lowry hill neighborhood? Would you consider that contiguous with Kenwood?

Hey Nicolas!! Neither really have a “small town vibe.” They’re both pretty metropolitan, but uptown would lean that way a bit more. It definitely will have the most amenities around, super bike friendly and walkable! I have a video comparing the two neighborhoods!

Hello, my family (my wife, 3 kids; 5, 8, and 12 years old, and myself) are wanting to move to the twin cities from the Metroplex area in Texas. We have been looking at homes online but want to know more about the different neighborhoods. We are looking for an area that has a Muslim, and East/Southeast Asian community with Masque/Islamic center and East/Southeast Asian markets. My wife and I both work for Walmart and would like to be close by to work. Any suggestions? Thank you Jason
