Totally agree! It's been so well decorated that I think it'll suit so many different people.

The presentation is really good. But you should show the door at the start and all the rooms in chronological order. That way we as the viewers can get our bearings. Some times I was confused. Keep up the good work doe sis💯💯

Haaa great been waiting to see the inside of this apartment. There are two of these penthouses. The other one I saw pictures of it and it was mind blowing. Hope we can get to see that too sometime

Another beautiful apartment! I love how they thought through the design so it’s ready for hosting and that there were a number of reception rooms. The decor was so sophisticated but I think a touch of colour in places would have added a warmer touch. Still such a grand apartment 😍

The interior design is astonishing. I missed a more detailed showing of the different views from the apartment. Like a 15s steady shot of the views from each of the three sides. Other than that, another great video!

I think there was so much to show inside the apartment, we ended up showing less of the views. But yes, we should have shown more of the views.

Charming host. Give her a raise. Couple of quick observations: In a city notorious for dank, grey, cold weather, new homes aren’t built with fireplaces? The floors were particularly lovely but the furniture and fixtures remind one of something you’d see in New York’s Trump Tower. In the 80s. Who the hell needs a sitting area in the dining room? I would never relocate to BoJo’s Britain but if I did, the building’s location is spectacular.

Hands down, this is the best penthouse I have seen, very spacious, the interior design/ artworks are next level, I was one of the first to see this video on the day you uploaded it, but I was too overwhelmed by its beauty to comment, everyone I showed this to, also said its the best penthouse they've seen Although there are no ceiling speakers and I didn't hear anything about car park, but I'd assume there are underground parking available

Another great and entertaining tour of a glamorous aspirational property. The penthouse looks great, very well staged, with luxury fixtures and fittings. The area is a bit rough though, busy road with dingy shops and the Edgware Rd flyover, so it is not exactly close to the lovely Chiltern St shown at the beginning of the video. But I guess if this property were located in Marylebone, you would need to add another £5m to the price...

WOW... Thats dark. I sure hope so since construction was completed recently and we've seen what can happen with bad cladding. Plus construction started in 2017 so they would have been conscious of this, I think.

Sorry...There are so many other channels on youtube that tour affordable properties in the UK. If you search "UK property tours" you'll find them. This channel is specifically for the luxury property niche

The presenter is great, well spoken and really detailed in her explanation. My only vice is, please use another word instead of 'beautiful' . You literally overused the word until it jarred the hell out of me. I now will call my mrs pretty instead now, as 'beautiful' is now off the cards.
