1:39:28 that catch by chase was one of the best catches of the year, amazing catch. Dude was all over chase and pass interference! Still caught it for a TD ! What a amazing and talented WR ! Rookie of da year !

so Burrow takes a seat. his boys continue to dominate and what does he do? no helmet, he's running down the field, congratulating and high-jump-bumping his mates. Such a sweet spirit and good soul. Yes there were some bad calls in last year's game but we had plenty of chances to win the game by scoring or stopping them but could not.

Since that first possession horse collar penalty tackle began out of bounds it should have also risen to the level of 'attempt to injure' and therefore also should have been an ejection penalty. That tackler had enough time he could have and should have not even touched Burrow!

The loss may not have hurt their playoff/bowl chances, but they spent 5 hours on the field against a team that nobody thought they would lose against. You can be salty about the officiating all you want, but when the highlight reels run through historic moments in CFB history they're going to show that game, the score 74-72, and A&M's victory.

The interception is questionable ... QB knee on the ground, depends on whether the play was dead when he touched it or whether when he possessed it.. Knee off the ground... But the first down 1 1/2 yards short is non contestable... It was never reviewed... They ran to the ball and no attention was really paid to or aware of the 1st down placement. Then there is the added second.... Things happen, I guess this was repay.

I thought they said Thad Moss did not miss a pass all year, caught everything?maybe they did not count a couple of these that Moss did not catch and was thrown to him or the one he missed vs Clemson. But Moss is that good so I can see why they just brushed off a few non catches thrown in his hands and did not catch it. No tight end can just not just catch everything thrown to him. Impossible.

This game is a great example of the refs stepping in with the flags to make sure that the score doesn't get too out of hand. LSU goes up 28-0 early in the second quarter, and all of a sudden, the yellow handkerchiefs start coming out and the game slows down. Should have put up 70+ points.

Madubeke's horse collar tackle was NOT a "very good play". Very good plays don't draw penalties. That one came very close in my opinion, to qualifying for being kicked out of the game. I understand announcers (not common taters) don't want to pass judgements that could affect a player's draft/contract future and don't mind sounding stupid as a result. What that sounded like was "this guy made a great play, but it's something we're trying to take out of the game".....!!!!! Really?

'Nother question that needs to be asked because I'm not in on how announcers are selected/trained and I'm trying to understand why not one of them is bothered by being seen as an offensive motormouth. Why do they talk practically nonstop to the point of telling us in detail what we're watching somebody do. My question is this. Are we doubling down on the output of announcers verbiage? As in, using the nonstop comment for both TV and radio? Really cheap and inappropriate if so. Radio guys worry that if there're more than a few seconds of 'dead air', i.e. silence then their listeners may retune in search of noise. Is that it? Or can it be that professional talkers are hired because they're former players. Heres a thought. Why not hire them for talents at announcing rather than talents at something they no longer do? Eh?

The only time you'll see them wear the Home Purple or Gold Jerseys is during out of conference games which the NCAA rules take affect (both teams have to agree on the color being worn). But when it's a all SEC game then the SEC rules take affect and the SEC allows the home team to make the choice.
