This was one of the best and powerful meditation I have ever done in my life ❤ I’m so grateful I found you , your voice and your energy ( on 11-11) Blessings, abundance, love and joy to everyone 💫

Today with you I let go of my fears. For this meditation I let go of my anxious state and my short breath and I step into the new. In my new beginning I am moving forward with a thoughtful more gentle approach to my mental health. Mindfully checking my internel dialogue and bringing myself back to a more loving state. I am crying, letting go, feeling relief, forgiving myself and affirming that my journey is long, yet, rewarding. Thank you Mei-lan.

This is so perfect. I prayed this morning for God to show me many auspicious things today. So I could see how much he is in my life. I didn’t see this until the end of such an auspicious day. I'm doing a tremendous work on myself over the years and has strengthened since 2021. This year has been very very intense. So grateful to see that the young generation is so wise like never before. More and more people are awake, conscious and aware. Social media has been too much about ''distractions'' but more and more are awakening. But in the same time so so many are so lost. And the tragic part is that they don't seek...for themselves. You should receive an Award for Greatness. Because you're an Ambassador for ''you name it''.
