I didn't watch your video on 11/11, but EVERY single thing relates to how I am doing right now and how I feel. I felt drawn to this video today because I have been wanting to come back to spirituality after a bump in the road. I have been feeling like my grandma is watching over me for some reason lately. I have been experiencing suicidal thoughts, and the past two days have felt a presence with me. I have been reaching out to my angels and guides (fairly new to doing this) and ever since I have it has felt like my grandma's energy. I'm currently speaking to a narcissist ex that I was dating 3 months ago and was no contact until I felt impulsive one day and reached out to him. Ever since then, I have been going through it emotionally. I am very much stuck in a trauma bond with him and feel like my inner child is hurting. I didn't realize how much this would affect me. I wanted to be forgiving and kind to my ex, but the way he acts towards me really hurts me. He doesn't care about me nor does he care he hurt me in the past.
