Where im from if you got a attempt or assault and the victim is testifying you better take that plea. Even if you’re innocent a victim on the stand is a guaranteed conviction. Just think about how the jurors would feel when they see somebody crying saying you hurt them.

For one Tory is not from he’s Toronto a whole other country there laws are probably different on armed robbery and two same can be applied in the US every state is different and every judge is different. There are judges who will be lenient and give you a slap on the wrist OR there will be those Judges whose not taking shit even for the lightest pettiest crimes and make an example out of you

he said armed burglary not robbery, it's a difference. Armed robbery is considered one of the seven deadly sins according to law so they punish it more severely than burglary. I had to do 10 on my AR but i seen guys coming in and out the system with burglary with less than 5 years all the time.
