Right!!! It’s NYC,you can’t have a firearm PERIOD unless you are law enforcement,security or something like that. New York doesn’t play with firearms. It use to be an automatic 3 years if you get caught with a gun. I don’t know if it’s changed because they seem to love letting violent felonies out a couple hours or at least by the next day out now. But back in 2000 when I lived in NYC it was 3 years. I’m from Phoenix,Az and our gun laws are pretty relaxed here. My friend from Australia came and visited me and we were in Fry’s,which is Kroger everywhere else, and he seen a guy with a gun on his hip. He asked me if that guy is a cop? I told him “Shawn,how would I know?” Then he asked me if we can just walk around with guns like that here and I said very nonchalantly that yes it happens all the time and the longer he’s here he will notice it more and more. He thought that was wild because Australia had the biggest gun massacre ever,still hasn’t been beaten. It’s called Port Arthur and it happened in 1996. This massacre led to fundamental changes in Australia’s gun laws and they have not had a single situation like this since. I wonder why lol. 4:28

Most felonies can be expunged unless they are particularly heinous like sex offenders, murderers, or anyone that should have a label for public safety like people who can never work in finance after having serious fraud charges. Almost anything else can be expunged after a certain amount of time.

I will say this and I won’t stop saying this. I do believe people can change. And you cannot judge a person by actions they did earlier in their life, if there’s a legitimate change in them. And I’ve seen what Biden has said about prison sentencing in his earlier years. And, don’t quote me on this, but I feel like I saw where he revisited that statement saying he got it wrong back then. With that said, he won’t bail at his son because he stands by what he’s making a law for all of us. I don’t think that’s stupid. Showing favoritism is how we in a lot of mess anyway. Prince whatever his name keeps getting caught up in underage situations form his pass is the whole if it barks like a dog, etc etc. And with Trump. I wouldn’t have an issue with him apologizing for his stance on the Central Park 5, but I know he never will for 2 possible reasons. Because he doesn’t want to open up a possible lawsuit for his family later down the line. And I don’t think, my opinion, he’s sorry for putting out an ad against those 5 kids who ultimately did nothing.
