This was just a floating house for someone and their family to live on. The fact that it once was a motor yacht with actual running engines is from a long time ago. Maybe the engines were stripped out many years ago and it was just converted into a floating house?

What is unbelievable is the asking for this old battle axe.

RED is almost always POWER. Black is almost always direction . In this picture at 2:41, the upper helm, the Throttles are pulled aft and the transmissions are centered, at neutral. This is a Four Cabin ( forward cabin, two midship twins and the aft stateroom) boat. I Love this layout ! Beautiful !

​@@kokomo9764I'm in Northern California so not feasible. If this were in California, I would consider it. A Perfect San Francisco Bay cruiser or California Delta (1,000 miles of waterways) cruiser! I can see Some cleanup and maintenance But there is nothing wrong with this boat .

My lord that boat needs some TLC

The owners could have cleaned it up a bit before the video was shot, my goodness.

No! A dirty yacht gives the purchaser a major justification for a low-ball offer.

A lot of work to get that back to were it needs to be good luck and that price tag better go down on it

I own a very similar Cabin Cruiser built in 84. Works and bought for the cost of hauling.

Ooo, now there's a good question. Hard to say in this uk boat buying climate. I had to pay asking price when I bought my last boat, ouch! Although an ABYA report I read a while ago, said most boat sell for around 20% off first asking price. So I suggest do your home work, make an offer and see where it goes. Good luck.

@@ALifeMoreBoaty thanks that is a reasonable guide to follow, however just a little research has identified 7 x traders of similar size, better specs, conditions and most importantly price. We in the market but to be honest, if that's the condition the owner keeps the living space, I wonder what service conditions the engine and haul are in.

140,000 .a lot of wok to be done here and we dont even know about the engines .how many hours service history are they origional . We als know little of the ship systems .

If you're going to present a vessel...let's get it correct! Terrible presentation and grossly over priced! No sense of pride ON boat or video.

engine/engine compartment?

We’re looking for a yacht used for under $100,000 live board with a sliding rear patio style window entrance. The more like a condo it is the better. Two bedroom two bathroom. Can you recommend some models in that price range?

No photos of below deck , probably for a good reason. This boat was awesome when new, but use and lack of upkeep have rendered to be an expensive undertaking. I would advise caution and 2 surveys before purchasing this cool looking trawler.

Presentation is everything....this vessel is very very tired.....

ARRRR!! Matie!!! It needs a good cleaning and refit for 1-2 Million.!!! to me it is a B.O.A.T. (Break Out another Thousand) If you are inclined to refit this it would be a Labour of love.

The deck boards need a good clean , stain , and triple coat of sealer to protect it

wow they want how much for this I think it's overpriced by a lot and if you're trying to sell it with this video you haven't even showed the engine room that's one of the most important things about a vessel good luck to you

They stopped building boats around 2009, so not possible to say how much a new one would be.

Good question, the engine hatch was locked, so I could not gain access for filming.

Yes. Project boat. Very over priced!!! No sense of, "pride of ownership" a lot of electronic upgrades and take care of what could be the beautiful teakwood and it may be worth the asking price.

Hi Yes I know, sometimes, I am constricted by what the owner will allow. Always try to view the machinery spaces.

No video of the engine room and bilge? Windows making water. Completely overgrown underwater ship. Overall messy interior. 40 years old. 109,000? LOL! Was there an idiot who bought it?
