Funniest moment on the show...

I think level 8 clearance means Brock is clear to face theats up to level 8. The Guild of Calamitous Intent ranks their villains 1-10. OSI probably works the same way. Brock was most likely promoted to level 10 clearance after Hunter Gathers took control of the OSI.

Fact #108: In the episode Hate Floats (S02E02) Henchmen 21 & 24 sing a song when they're preparing to rejoin The Monarch. This song is actually a movement called Mars, from an orchestral suite called The Planets by Gustav Holst. When you say "Venture Brother Facts" I expect to hear facts about the show, not little quiznotes talking about the creators other projects and things not relating to the show.

You can tell when Patrick Warburton did someone because his voice is insanely unique. Same with Vasquez on Tales from the Borderlands. He always just uses that voice.

All you did was reference things that were in the actual series. If you're too lazy to research a series more thoroughly, then don't make a video about it.

So many of these "facts" are just common knowledge to any fan. I was hoping for more obscure things that weren't just obvious. :(

It's not Colonel Gentleman that first mentions the strange funerary ritual for team Venture. It's The Action Man who mentions it to Hank in season 5 episode 8

I still remember watching the first episode of The Venture Bros in 2003. I cannot express how much I love this show and how sad I am now that it's over.

Watched every episode, knew 90% of this. Wished there was more.

The Soveryn is not dead. In the newest season when Rusty goes to the Tailor, you can hear him ask about a suit before leaving quickly.

Season 7 ended and Venture Bros is now canceled with no season 8. RIP venture bros

All this and Gargantua 2 is by far the best animated episode/feature/ova/film/special in animated history.

I would pay a half million dollars for Dr. Venture's light saber toy.To bad Hasbro wouldn't buy it or we'd have them already.

#90 is my personal hell, I was searching for that song for the longest and eventually gave up. Nice to know I wasn't the only one looking for it

The Fact about the Venture Bros. mother is inaccurate. Myra is Hank and Deans mother. Dr. Venture didn't hire her for the free babysitting, she was his body guard. Before Brock Myra was tasked to protect Dr. Venture, and during her assignment she feel in love with him. Venture admits later in the episode that he did have sex with her in the back of his car, which is why the Oni was following him around.

She reveals this in her second appearance on the show when she breaks out of a mental institution and tries to shove dean back into her lady parts to give birth to him for real. At which point Dean asks if she's their real mother and she admits she isn't.

Never realized the Groovy Gang/serial killer thing, and I watch TV like a hawk. That's pretty cool.

Forgot about the venture compound is designed based on the 1964 worlds fair; mainly the GM building and Ford building.

Venture Bros is one of my all time favorite adult swim shows (non anime). It had some great story arcs, character development , and featured great music.. Operation P.R.O.M. featured the song "like a friend" by the band "pulp". A great song that featured in the special in such a dramatic way.. So good

That depends what you mean by official. They were required to stop referring to Action Johnny as anything "Quest" and in Race Bannon's second appearance he's nicknamed "Red" because the rights holders wanted to minimize the direct connections in case they ever want to reboot Johnny Quest again, etc. But within the confines of the Ventureverse, yes, it considers itself and Johnny Quest part of the same canon, along with numerous other series. The actual Scooby Doo characters exist, for instance, in addition to the parody versions mentioned in this video, as Johnny claims he once slept with Velma. (On a side note (which will only make sense if you've seen Venture Bros so feel free to skip this if you haven't: While Venture Bros predates it by a huge margin, in retrospect, Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated works hilariously well for being tied together. Both have canon alternate dimensions, super-science, superheroes, etc. It also includes Johnny Quest, who was shown as a kid or teen 5 years before the events of the series, meaning he'd be roughly the gang's age. More, since those ages would mean the events of SD:MI would need to take place some 20-30 years before Venture Bros, it becomes all the more hilarious that a recurring background character in SD:MI has hair and a t-shirt resembling childhood Rusty Venture... at what would be a time when the Rusty Venture Show is super popular. :P)
