She is spot on. Illness is mind/body. Inflammation is dis-ease. Homeostasis is an inside job. I love this lady. I have been in Healthcare for decades. Gladys is a sage.

You inspire mam and yes I believe we should never give up no matter what the circumstance I have been through some very tough times but I never gave up I had 13 surgeries it’s a long story but Iam still here I meditate daily also I had a nde which I will never forget for you are a treasure thank you ☺️
