@@TatroMachine I've learned from watching many of your videos how crucial getting that clearance in spec is. I've seen you spin those tapered bearings with your custom bearing press, just to walk the crank assembly back to the shop press and re- do it no matter how many time it takes. Your video on what happens when the thickness washer is left out is another I watched. I didn't mean to imply your a Con-artist. It just cracked me up how the bike owner couldn't keep up with you measuring the washers and how he thought you were reinstalling the original. I also know his Original went in the drawer for future install on the next crank if applicable. Plus keep the pressure on the bearing with Custom Press to achieve a Accurate reading. Your a Damn Good " BAREFOOT " teacher if there ever was one.

I was taught to install that seal the other way.

Tatro, i have a 75 shovel head, my lower end is leaking. I have the whole top and off, is it possible for me to reseal case's without pulling everything apart. Is there a way to do it, with the least amount of stuff to be remove. Also what is the best sealer to use on the case's. Thank you for your help. I dig watching your videos, you helped me out a few times by watching your videos.

the motor has to come apart to seal the cases correctly. in a pinch i jb weld the leak area. it has to be very clean to work. tatro

Just got my first shovel 77 rigid frame delkron cases std heads and I think it's 96 ci any recommendations for oil wt ? I'm hearing both 60wt and 20/50 I'm not new to Harleys just new to shovels
