This is my favorite motorcycle to date, the dual disc brakes, inverted fork, fairing, 111hp, the color, the adjustable suspension front and rear, it is an FTR1200 spec scout with a low seat, put mid controls on that and YOU GOT ME!! I WANT ONE SOO BAD!!

Me TOO...I'm just restoring (finished tonight actually) my 1984 Shadow 750 such a feat and I just can't part with that 80's style! But ya know, dual disks up front mmm hmmm...that caught my eye, same with that color WOW...that Staunch look whiskin me back to the BETTER days! Yummy! I'm gonna try my damned to get me on the list!

Dude I have a 2023 rogue and I'm definitely thinking of trading it in for the 101. That's how much I love the scout! Their amazing bikes with looks to handling to power it's all in them!

My initial thoughts upon seeing that beauty were: “Forget the sport chief! Get this one instead!” And I already have my eyes set on the 101 Scout. Has that club style look that I love. Well done, Indian 👌🏻

This thing is just😍 cheaper alternative and potentially better than the Sport Chief!

True but the chief has a better performance engine and we all love torque & HP. I turn 62 next month so I will probably go with the 101 scout due to it's lighter weight. And I am sure it has enough pull to put smiles on my face.

I wouldn’t get an 1100cc bike for your first. It’s like stepping from a little Kia Rio to a lambo as far as power. It’s not a good idea. Start with a 600 and then move up

Since going through the class, I have decided to get a used lower cc motorcycle for my first bike. Not only for the lower power but also in the event I drop it while still mastering the skill of riding. Thank you

​@@greenrolaids Scout69 would need 3k to get the same power, this doesn't include the heavily upgraded suspension in the front and back, dual brembo brakes, technological upgrades with cruise control and dash, the higher rake is going to make for a much more pleasant riding experience. Yes it absolutely is worth it the value is insane.

I love my ftr to much to trade but this is a great looking bike with solid performance. Definitely gonna have to hit the demo truck up and ride this beauty.

Dream bike right here. After I get and ride a Scout 60 for awhile this will be the one. What an incredible machine 🔥

If you're willing to get a scout 60, there's no reason you shouldn't step up other than cost. They respond the same to input and will feel similar until you dive deep into the throttle.

I would love the scout 101. I have a 2023 rogue. Indian definitely listened to their costumers. I just really hope they listened to the part where they don't start under 30 degrees and did something about it. I live in Philly and I ride all winter

Everything looks great except for that exhaust. looks like a direct copy from the HD Nightster. The two barrel exhaust was much nicer.

No its a electric bike.

The tank, rear fender, radiator and maybe even the exhaust (though this one is not bad) is far better in the Old Scout.. 👍😊

is it a full on headlight under the fairing? hope so, so can take that thing off. second, for the most part the updates are fine...looks little more generic now, but its not ugly...the big thing is the engine of the existing Scout looks beautiful, distinct....the engine in the new one, like the Challenger, looks like a big bland lump...so there is just alot of dead space there...which again, more generic... wish there was more styling wise to make this distinctly Indian...the current scout succeeds at this more, even with no labels its a scout...

It's a beautiful bike but, if you want to sell them?? Get rid of the stupid unnecessary water cooling & give the engine cooling fins. Then I'll buy one.

Imagine trying to sell a bike so you spend more time talking aboit the seat and 101 badging than the engine and suspension. This is what happens when you outsource marketing.

Instead of moving closer to a V-rod design which the Old Scout seems to challenge, this is just another cheap version of the previous Scout. 👍😊

A nice motorcycle, but they looked a lot at the BMW R 12 when they built the Indian. It is roughly a copy of the BMW R 12, but I would always choose BMW over Indian, get a real wind-cooled two-cylinder motorcycle that is both cheaper and better.

Why make a bike without a seat to carry a chick??? That's literally the main purpose of having a bike.
