Question is not clear

Pension per video bnaye

In question no 27 if he will resign on 31st December then also the answer will be 13 days only because day of resign, dismissal and removal is not treated as working day.

Hello 1. Yes..Aap ko milsaktha hi.. because rules may regural employees ke leya applicable hi 2. Premature pregnancy honay par ketene bar milsaktha hi.. iska baramay rules may kuch नहीं कहा hi..

यदि कोई अध्यापक (non vacation department employee)ऑफिशियल ड्यूटी के कारण पूरे एक वर्ष में कोई भी वैकेशन प्राप्त नहीं कर पाता है, और rule 28(1)(c) के अनुपालन में rule 26 के तहत 30 EL प्राप्त करता है (Earned leave for employees working in Departments other than vacation department), तो क्या उसे उस वर्ष के लिए rule 29 के अंतर्गत HPL के लिए भी other than vacation department employee माना जायेगा और 20 HPL प्रदान किए जाएंगे?
