    Impressive man, gripping the bar like that, I can only do the 2 finger grip and 185 lbs for 4 reps

    Really nice depth and I'm jealous of that upper back stability. Front Squats have become one of my favourite exercises, feels much more comfortable than the back squat and it looks cooler lol. Unfortunately I don't think I can do the olympic grip, it seems anatomically impossible with my arms, super umcomfortable and I can't keep the bar position to save my life so I've always done cross grip, some people say it messes up your balance but I haven't had such problems yet (6 months of doing front squats). I've been progressing slower lately but I'm in the 90 kgs for 3-5 reps with front squats now and I can't wait to hit 100 KG, sounds funny cause in a big gym this isn't that much, average on the internet if you're lenient, but in my small town gym it's an impressive feat haha. 15 months in the gym so far (before then I trained with minimum equipment at home and stagnated for ages), 91 KG at I'd say around 14-16% bodyfat, about 183 to 186 cm in height Don't know if you'll ever read this but I'd love to know whether you generally go to failure on your heavy lifts or leave reps in the tank as this seemed like it was a piece of cake to you.

    i’m using 225 for my working sets (5x5) and yes you want to go heavy leaving maybe 1 rep in reserve

    chill these are called leistung 16 2.0 and can be found on adidas.com > sport > weightlifting. They are on clearance now for $113. Sizes and colors very limited as there was a 30% coupon on to that brought it down to $80 last week. I paid $150 for my white ones when I bought them November 2017. 15% off when you sign up for newsletter and promotions. It helps offset the taxes. Still a good deal. I think adidas.nl has them for £64. Hope you find your size.

    Why are you letting the bar get air? No show boating I do the same np but I shoulder press at the end of each squat
