🇫🇷 Originaire de Grèce, @1000mods est un groupe de stoner metal qui a su se tailler une place sur la scène internationale avec son mélange unique de riffs puissants et d'énergie brute.
Fondé en 2006 en Grèce, 1000mods est constitué de Dani G. (chant et basse), Giannis S. (guitare), Giorgos T. (guitare) et Labros G. (batterie). Leurs principales influences musicales sont des groupes tels que Black Sabbath, Colour Haze, Kyuss, Red Fang et MC5.
1000mods sort rapidement deux EP, Blank Reality en 2007 et Liquid Sleep en 2009. En octobre 2010, ils produisent leur premier album, Super Van Vacation, avec Billy Anderson (Sleep, Neurosis). Pour promouvoir cet album, ils font deux tournées européennes avec 40 concerts dans 15 pays, et montent sur la scène de festivals tels que le Rockwave Festival, le Desertfest et le Lake on Fire.
Leur deuxième album, Vultures, est sorti le 30 mai 2014 sous le label The Lab Records. Deux tournées européennes ont suivi avec une tournée massive de deux mois en 2014 intitulée "Claws Over Europe". En septembre 2016, le groupe sort son troisième album, Repeated Exposure To... via Ouga Booga and the Mighty Oug Recordings. Leur tournée 2017, "Repeated and Exposed To...", compte un total de 42 dates dans 15 pays européens. Autant dire que le groupe est rodé à la scène ! Ils nous présentent notamment des titres de leur dernier album, Youth of Dissent (2020).

Ihr zweites Album „Vultures“ wurde im Mai 2014 auf The Lab Records veröffentlicht. Es folgten zwei Europatourneen, darunter 2014 die sehr eng getaktete zweimonatige Tournee „Claws Over Europe“. Im September 2016 veröffentlichte die Band ihr drittes Album „Repeated Exposure To ...“ bei Ouga Booga and the Mighty Oug Recordings. Ihre Tour 2017, „Repeated and Exposed To ...“ umfasste insgesamt 42 Termine in 15 europäischen Ländern. Will heißen: Die Band ist bühnenerprobt! 1000MODS präsentieren beim Hellfest unter anderem Songs aus ihrem vierten Album „Youth of Dissent“ (2020).

Yes and if you don't know already, go listen to the Weedian channel and listen to the trip to Greece one, you'll find shit loads of very good bands from there!!! Them, Puta Volcano, Villagers of Ioanina City and many more! Cheers!

yes ! in kusel (germany) they played for 30 / 40 people ! that was amazing ! the band cames out after the gig and doing photos and autogrammes....very cool guys ! i have become 2 picks and a setlist

@@christianjager8084 they announced in 2023 that he was ill and they even had to postpone a tour because of that. I think he also left because of illness.
