I have looked for the tubing parts n header, but can't find anything. Is there a place to order the header flange n tubing to make a kit. Idk if using pie cuts like on my racecar would honestly hold up. I have never installed a turbo on one. But like y said in the beginning if y can work on cars y can these. But Im goin to go back thru yr videos n check them out. Thanks for the videos n God Bless!!

I’m so happy to hear this. My goal is to inspire the average guy to do the work themselves. Depending on the bike you have there might be header flanges available for it. But likely, you’ll have to make something yourself. As far as tubing, sch 40 stainless weld elbow are common. Myself and rcc use just standard .070 wall stainless tube. Bike turbo headers are very tricky.

Thanks for watching! But yes I’ll be documenting the whole build with the exception of the engine. A lot more goes in to building a stoker engine then just a pistons rods set up, so I don’t want to make engine building seem more complicated then it is for someone watching that’s contemplating building their own. It’s being built to be able to be ridden on the street reliably, but most of the racing will be at events.

When your trying to make HUGE power with boost rod bearings are always "basic maintenance” for sure! But high piston speeds are pretty common in todays high reving 4 holes. Case in point Honda cars!

I’ve seen that too. I’ve built many bikes that are capable of well over 700hp, but usually stop tuning at the dyno around 600. It’s unnerving how you start to feel things start to move around on the bike when strapped down making that much power.

Eliminating the word “can’t” from my vocabulary in regards to learning new skills and abilities was probably the best decision I ever made. So don’t think that you can’t. A lot of people don’t think their a chef, but find that they can follow steps in a recipe and end up making a good meal. Building engines is just like cooking. Just follow the recipe (the manual) and you’ll end up with a good running engine.

So your billet block, has no water ports. Proline 481x v8 blocks had the same problem until recently. Now Proline engines have water jacketed blocks & heads. I guess your motorcycle engine head is not water cooled either. I guess this will be a race only engine. Once all the racing companies start making water jacketed billet blocks & heads, people will have, daily driven high horsepower billet engines that will never overheat especially, if you put intercoolers on the turbos & superchargers, cool the engine, transmission, & rear differential oils with oil coolers. A big aluminium radiator getting plenty of direct cool fresh air, & perhaps water misting spray valves when engine is redlined & working hard & producing lots of heat. They have even had water cooled shorty headers back in the day. A pipe inside a pipe with water flowing on the outside of the red hot tubular headers, & it's own radiator, but inner ceramic coating inside the headers solved that problem or so they say. I've often wondered why turbochargers are not split into two pieces keeping the hot exhaust section away from the cold intake section & connecting the two impeller wheels via a carbon kevlar or titanium rod. Eventually billet wankel rotary engines, with ceramic needle bearings, & split turbochargers will put piston engines out of business because of less moving parts & higher rpms. Imagine a rotary wankel engine the size of a 572 BBC with 8 wankel rotary pistons & two 100 cm turbochargers, piston engines won't have a chance.
