(assuming you know what offsides is, if you don't, this wont make sense) I'm assuming you're talking about the first two. basically, they are in an offsides position, and if they touch the ball or attempt for it, they are called and the other team will have a free kick. However, in many of these clips, the receiving player who is offsides stays away from the ball and lets someone else take it, keeping them from being called. a bit niche but rarely happens in game as it takes a lot of strategical knowledge to realize.
