Oh, wow, these ladies are so professional and wonderful in their care of serving the food. I LOVE the presentation of the Grandma noodle soup, especially, and theirs made me so hungry because it's so beautiful. And the dumplings are just mmm.

What's amazing to me is these ladies seem to be doing it all on their own and they do it all so quickly and expertly! Happy to hear their businesses are doing well considering all the hard work they put into it.

That's pretty much the restaurant industry. Even Michelin stars restaurant would have something pre-made, like broth, because it takes a day to cook it

Yummy looking noodle dishes......I don't like Kimchi but all the other greens make the broth and noodles look really good. For me, a little hot sauce goes a long way. I would love to try these noodle dishes.

Представьте - несколько часов подряд на ногах, не присядешь, над кипящими котлами, в масках, в резиновых сапогах и перчатках. А потом ещё и отмывать все до блеска. И так изо дня в день. Вот это выносливость!
