whatever 2 cards are closer to 9 win. jacks queens kings are worth 0. ace worth 1. that’s why a 14 beats a 15. right? dealers sometimes let you flip the final card. there’s no strategy to it. just pick 1 of the 3. Banker Player or Tie and the bonus bets if you want. fun game if they had a $5 or $10 domination. they have this at my casino but is $100 a hand 😔

You are just picking which is going to get closer to 9, "the banker" or "the player." You total the value of the cards and the easiest way to think about it is just taking the last digit in the total. For instance, if you get Jack/King/ 5 that would total to 25 but you only take the last digit so the total is 5. 8's and 9's dealt with the first two cards are known as "naturals". The banker has a slight edge over the player which is why the casino charges commission. I think it has to do with what totals the player has to hit on (which can cause the hand to get worse) but I am not sure.

Steve Bourie from the American Casino Guide said that to win at Baccarat, you have to get lucky. Given the simplicity of the game, this is 100% true.

Slotlady I think black jack has some skill involved there is a correct way to play and basic strategy to follow and as proven with card counting it can be beaten

Many Koreans and chineses need the marked board for baccarat. Doing without it is same as travelling without (google) map. Which do you depend on to put chips on Banker or Player?

My strategy is the trend, and I love side bet on the pairing and tie

With the way you're betting a good strategy to use is bet on whatever won the previous hand. That way you hit all the trends except when it goes back and forth.

what is the point of the dragon bonus. waiting for 9 -0 to happen is kinda pointless. just bet all the money on either banker or dealer, i think. atleast if you win you get all.. and not win on the hand and then lose on the bonus.

Not sure if the El Cortez has a Pai Gow table (the tiles / chinese dominoes, not Pai Gow Poker), but that'd be a fun video as well. The odds are almost as good as baccarat, and it's a good game if you're there for table time and trying to accrue casino comps, as hands will statistically push about 41% of the time when played correctly.

Yes, but it’s a natural 9! To get the top payout, it has to be a non-natural 9, meaning in 3 cards.
