I'm happy to see that this list includes treatments for things like cleft pallets or burn injuries. It seems like all the attention around plastic surgery goes toward people who want to look like movie stars rather than normal people who want to appear normal and have bodies that allow them to lead a normal life. It's nice to see a little balance.

Vaginoplasty was done much earlier than the 60s, Lily Elbe being the first. And it had a long way of perfecting it behind it, even now there are still improvements every decade at least. Also: They talk much about the face, but doesnt mention the 'biggest' one of them, only done by experts: FFS (Facial Feminazation Surgery), in which a row of minor surgeries all over the face are done simultanously (hairline correction, brow bone correction, jaw shaving being the minimum, aside of maybe lip and nose correction). I post this to underline the importance of it still beside all the more aesthetic example.

I'm going to do surgery first for myself because I'm ugly. Must stop lying. We all know if we are attractive people or not. I never interested anyone. I see some coming. For pity, stop your hypocrisy. No. We are not all beautiful. It's a fact, a reality. I see me everyday in the mirror, I cry every night & I know that if I do not go through surgery I will never be happy with myself. I do not care what people think. I do not need their opinion or your opinion for the occasion. I want to be able to say for the first time of my life : "You're pretty. Gorgeous. Magnificent Rachel". Mind your own business instead of criticizing or questioning people's choices. It's NOT your body, NOT your face & NOT your life. You have nothing to say because the choices we make do not concern you. On this last sentence I wish you a good evening ;)
