Last year the GFG Alliance purchased the last aluminium smelting facility in the UK located in the Scottish Highlands. This video describes the production process that takes place on site and the near 100 years of history associated with Lochaber.

Me also. I worked at the Goldendale Aluminum Smelter.....hot nasty and dirty....but we were all like family.
