I swear to God my thrift stores don't have s***, everything I look up is selling for almost the exact same price as eBay. I think my city has a lot of hoarder, picker, preper type people but the thrift stores are hardly worth it.

It’s because so many people were buying clothes just to resell so the thrift shops figured might as well charge the higher price if it’s not actually gonna go to someone that needs it.

I work at humane society thrift store.. You all would love my store....
Listed prices by random ebay sellers don’t mean the item will actually sell for that much unfortunately. Woul love to see a follow up video where you actually sell some of it and show us how much the items were ultimately sold for. Otherwise these videos mean nothing really

Goodwill is, in fact, a nonprofit organization, and the money its thrift stores make goes towards community programs like job training, placement services, and classes for people who have disabilities or are otherwise challenged in finding traditional employment. Anyone can buy what they like.

That's a lovely butterfly.
nice motion picture bill buddy
I didn't really know what a "thrift" store is but e-commerce stores do sell things with more price. Even in my shop, I have many things that are cheaper when you search up its price on e-commerce store.

I’d kill for that Panasonic vinyl system
A tape deck and a reciever are 2 different things
That shit in his garage to this day
Cringe, dude buying from goodwill to make a profit
We had at home one of those Panasonic Stereo, i used to have alot of fun just clicking the buttons. But we never used it and now idk where it went
Do a profit speed run series where u start with 100 dollars and use the profits to fund the next video until u get to $1000 profit
my man looked at a $100 bill and said i want more, then proceeded to multiply it by 2.3!!
I'd love to see how your items sell in comparison to previous sold
A lot of the stuff at my thrift store sucks. You sometimes see video games and consoles (which I scoop up) and some old blu ray players, or dvd/cassette players. I did pick up a skateboard today, which is pretty cool, only 5 bucks too
bro i think i saw a gamecube at the start
My grandma used to have the EXACT same Panasonic record player
Hope you make that money bro you still get good prices my goodwill is straight up pricing everything at eBay value in the electronics I did pass up a toy worth about 50 by mistake whenever I looked it up later so they can’t catch everything but nice finds
WAIT A MINUTE that turntable panasonic casseste player thing looks like my grandmas….
I’m a year late, but I can say the strat for thrifitng is live in the south. Also if there’s a tech item at a (local) thrift store it works 99% of the time because it’s tested out beforehand.
Honestly, i have that panasonic sound system, looks 100% like mine, except i have a turntable on top and did some modifications for more modern speakers. That sound system rocks everything, i will never need something else
I frequently dumpster dive apartment complex areas and I get lucky finding items placed by the dumpsters. Sold a working a Xbox for $85, microwaves for parts, tvs, treadmills for the motor parts. Can't beat free stuff in the trash and making some profit off it.
That looks exhausting.

that last radio 📻 I have one an it still works
Bro the dandruff
Since it was a good will they do 50% of every first Saturday of the month, atleast the ones in my city do
I saw a racing wheel near the beginning
Profit shopping is very different from actually buying transporting posting storing waiting waiting waiting oh yeah and then shipping if you didn't throw it away or redonate it bc it didn't sell.
What goodwill is that? My goodwill hardly has any good nerf guns in it but those shelves look *_double cheecked up_*
It'd be very weird if one-day I randomly find a Panasonic gamecube I would totally freak out if I did and was a reasonable price.
Charity shop is the true name
What goodwill is this?? If you saw our Goodwills you would starve 😂

i love all these tiktoks where its obvious the creator doesnt actually ever do the thing in their video
The 19$ hoverboard is like: there's this used GTX 1050 at 100$ and someone sell a 4090 at 2000$, so i sell the 1050 for the same price...
Now u can make 3 butterflies + $30😌
Bro my mom has that exact same mug 😂
Wish these videos where more honest about how difficult this really is. I did it for 2 years. They make it seem like you just walk in, look around for 5 minutes and walk out with $100 profit. It's not true. What they don't show you is that you're looking at about a 1-2 month waiting period on the item to sell if your lucky. Could take longer. Could be 6 months. so you need a good amount of free cash because you gotta feed yourself and be able to constantly buy new inventory. Then you gotta hope that your item doesn't get undercut by some mass market seller. then you gotta pay for packaging and proper inventory storage. Then you gotta hope that your item is satisfactory to the buyer. On ebay a few bad reviews will ruin your store. Then you gotta hope the item doesn't get returned. Then you gotta pay ebay 11-14% on the sale. You gotta pay for gas for every trip to the thrift store. And if you dont find anything to resell, which happens sometimes, you just lost money and time! The list goes on and on. As someone who actually did this for 2 years. It's not worth it. There are better hustles or jobs out there.
I found 3 laser tag nerf guns, 2 blue, 1 gold
I want that receiver damn
Also mention how much Time it takes to sell these products because time is money 💰 and the without selling the profit is hypothetical...

its only profit if they sell id like to see a mass video of you boxing them all up for shipping
FYI expect ebay to have like 30% higher than what most people pay. If it sells for 130 you will likely only be doing 100
Infinite money glitch
You should really find some instruments! You can find some for 45 that sell for 400.
