Main toh Major mam ki video dekhne se pehle hi like kar deta hu. Aur rahi baat 100 sit ups ki, kar toh luga, lekin uske baad shayad 3 din tak karne mein bhi dikkat hogi.

Agar bhook nahi lagti hai toh aisi cheej khao jo achi lagti hai. Fruits, eggs, milk products, biscuits, chocolates, maggie, etc. jo acha lagta hai khaiye, 1 month me result dikhne lagega.

Congratulations. Old memory fresh Ho Gai. ?Back gai hai aapki kabhi, meri gai thi 3 sal pahle intense barish mein intense workout karte samay uske bad work-out Or exercise karna hi chhod Diya. Uske chakkar 1 week kuchh kar nahin Paya th. Aab thoda yoga se kam chala leta. But now itana sab kar pana namumkin hai. Mare liye.😢 BTW last mein ? aapko nahi lagta ki apne jaldi hi or jyada hi Pani Pi liya. *For a beginner's, es exercise se pahle important hai bahut achcha warm up. Varna back ismein bhi ja sakti hai. Be careful 🙏

I did this 100 in the gym today. Ma'am, I have a question. I am 25 and I have recently started working out. I have never worked out in my entire life. I am overweight, and my current weight is 87 kg. I started working out at the beginning of this month and I have developed a habit of consuming approximately half a spoon of black coffee (warm water + coffee + jaggery powder) before starting workout everyday. Is this good or bad? Should I continue consuming coffee or drop this habit?

its ok coffee se kya hi hojega but excess of everything is bad . limited lenaur har month thoda break le taki apko addiction nah ho . apko jaisa acha lagta hain le le koi baat nahi . coffee has o calories so its fine

Kych nahi karte rahe rukae nahi . Bus kuch din ki baat hain phir nahi hoga . Bhoot normal baat hain . Protein cha le diet mae . Water intake badao
